PYGconsulting provides Expert Witness testimony and Case Review services. Experts are called in when scientific, technical, or other specialized knowledge will assist the trier of fact to understand the evidence.  Experts must base their testimony on sufficient facts or data of the type reasonably relied upon by experts in their field, in order to help  understand issues that typically require specialized knowledge.

We also conduct Serious Case Reviews.  With our Expertise we  will complete detailed reviews  where a child has been abused or neglected, resulting in serious harm or death and there is cause for concern as to the way in which the relevant authority or persons have worked together to 

safeguard the children.  

Strategic analysis, within any child- or family-serving system, is a dynamic process of gathering information from both internal and external stakeholder groups, including youth, parents, and the community at-large.   How well does your organization's vision, mission and values achieve desired outcomes.  Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to support your organization in identifying gaps and  opportunities, an all-inclusive report that includes a project plan with  timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. We also utilize the above strategic analysis in providing objective independent reviews of familial services and involvement in child welfare systems. Many situations are complex and the use of an outside lens is the approach needed.
