-Pioneered New York State model for identification and treatment for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC)
-Developed a 'Cross Systems Unit' approach to working with teenagers and families who have complex needs/trauma who touch multiple systems.
-Created, developed, planned and implemented an in depth innovative training program for new workers in child welfare
-Collaboration with Family Court Judges on all child welfare issues; including LEAN projects (Lean Project Management uses data-driven methods to manage projects by focusing on continuously improving the process)
-Member of The Child Welfare Policy and Practice Group (CWG) a renowned national child welfare organization
-QSR reviews of Child Protective, Foster care and Preventive (in-home) services
-Developed and wrote polices for all child welfare programs
-Developed data driven methodology to support best practice
-Family centered, strength based and trauma informed work
-Expert witness case reviews, court reports and testimony
